[求医问药] 到底多久撸一次才算是适当调节？

原先看过一个论文， 大概是说大学生男生每个月平均撸11次，女生每个月平均自慰7次。大学生身体和精力正在旺盛时期。需求强烈，平时参加体育活动比较少。容易形成不好的习惯。就算找了女朋友也不能夜夜笙歌。建议多参加体育活动，锻炼身体，晚上躺床上看看小说 电影什么的。看的困了就睡着了。最好不要在下午一点至三点撸，这个时辰撸管子最伤身体了。要么找个女朋友 要么特别想要了就去找个小姐 顺便按摩按摩。。
